Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a free shipping promotion, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount for returns that are not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details, including the date of purchase, order number, and payment method used.

We will investigate the matter and work with the payment processor to resolve any issues. In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we may need to cancel the original refund and issue a new one. Please allow up to 14 business days for resolution of missing refund cases.
